Verizon to saying I won’t miss you

You know there is something a lot of us have in common and that is complaining about our wireless service. Probably a good number of people have experienced what I have been experiencing with Alltel/Verizon services. I have to say soon I will be canceling my account with them and going to T-Mobile.

When my husband and I first started a family plan with Alltel from being on his mother’s family plan… let us just say. Nah, I will just come out with the straight forward story. They screwed us over big time and they are still doing it. Okay… first I tried to get my husband and I on our own plan, but Alltel screwed that up. They put my phone on a separate plan and kept Robert on his mother’s. We confront them on this little issue and they (you guessed it) screwed it up again. They put Robert on his own plan and me back on his mother’s plan. Well after some major fighting we finally got ourselves on our own separate plans paying them double what we wanted to pay. What a surprise… We had to pay for everyone of their mistakes. I do not joke. But we finally got it sorted and had to pay a fortune for their idiocy.

Haha…it gets better. One of the employees of Alltel decided (this is during that whole merger thing) to pay one of our bills for us so now I’m twice as pissed about this whole thing. Verizon is trying to say that we haven’t paid a bill. I laugh hysterically because they always seem to make up that I haven’t paid a single thing for that month.I found out that I have been paying them way too much money a month. They send me a statement that says I have to pay $102.05 when in reality I should be paying $99.99. I just hope that this entry falls into some official from the government control of cell phone service and they do some survey to see how many people they have been screwing over and then shut Verizon down!

So those of you who do have Verizon and you have been going through what I have… leave them now. If you haven’t had any problems with them… leave them now regardless. You don’t want to screwed over by these idiots. There is plenty of other wireless phone servers out there that will happily love you. My payment to T-mobile will be far less than what I have been paying to Verizon and I’m going to be so happy. Yay! Anyway, I know this is a bit of a rant, but I know I’m not the only one out there that has been screwed with by their cell phone service. And I know for one thing I definetly won’t be missing Verizon the scammer.
